Authorize.net 2.0 features a redesigned, task-oriented dashboard with smart search, quick filters, an AI Assistant, and customizable workspaces.
Access to the 2.0 interface and defaulting to it and the toggle feature will roll out in batches starting in February 2026.
Use the toggle in the top banner to switch between the classic (1.0) and new (2.0) interfaces.
The toggle will be discontinued in the coming months and you will be notified in advance before its removal and when 2.0 becomes the only option.
In 2.0, “Test Mode” is now called Processing Mode. To access or change this setting:
- Select Account > Account and API Settings or Security Settings.
- Find Transaction Processing Mode to view or change its status.

- Time Zone: Go to Account > Account and API Settings > General Settings > Time Zone.
- Cut-Off Time: Go to Account > Account and API Settings > Transaction Settings > Transaction Cut-Off Time.

- Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Switch to the New Merchant Interface (2.0).
- Select Payments in the left navigation.
- Select Manage Transactions.
- By default the manage transaction page will load the Unsettled transactions view.

Where can I find the settlement date for my transactions?
Settlement date and time is located in the transaction details view of the transaction under the Settlement/Settlement Information section.

Settlement Reports and download options are being improved. For now:
- Go to Payments > Manage Transactions.
- Search for the desired transactions.
- Select Download and choose your preferred format.

Use the updated Smart Search bar to enter invoice numbers, customer names, or other identifiers. You can also use the Filter option on the right side of Manage Transactions.
Batch totals are available in the Settlement Reports section. Select the batch date to view totals and individual transaction details.
Virtual Terminal is now called Accept Payment with an improved user interface and features. Access it via Payments > Accept Payment.
Customer Information Manager is located under Customers in the left navigation. Access it via Customers > Add Customer or Manage Customer.
Email is now required to support enhanced fraud detection, customer communication, and integration with services like invoicing and receipt delivery.
Automated Recurring Billing is located under Payments in the left navigation. Access it via Payments > Subscriptions.
The following features are not yet available in 2.0. Toggle back to 1.0 to access them:
- Non-USD Account Support
- Retail Account Support
- Batch/File Upload (Single Transactions)
- Subscription Upload (ARB File Upload)
- QuickBooks Download
- Partial Auth Setting
The following features will be discontinued in 2.0:
- Direct Response Setting (continue via API for Advanced Integration Method)
