Settlement Reports

Settlement Reports will provide a summary and detail view based on the time period selected.
 
Time period:
  • Today
  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Custom
Report Summary:
  • Overview
    • Total Transaction Count
    • Batch Total
    • Details Link
  • Charges
    • Count
    • Total Amount
    • Details Link
  • Refunds
    • Count
    • Total Amount
    • Details Link
  • Declines
    • Count
    • Details Link
  • Errors
    • Count
    • Details Link
  • Voids
    • Count
    • Details Link

Batches List:

Count of batches for time period.

  • Date
  • Batch ID
  • Number of Transactions
  • All Batches Link

How to run a report?

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
  2. Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
  3. Click Reports.
  4. Click Settlement Report.
  5. Set the date/time period using the drop down.
  6. The summary and details sections will update based on the time period selected.
  7. The summary section will display a break down and summary of transactions processed and settled for the given time period.
  8. The details section and links will show a break down of the transactions and displaying the below details
    1. Transaction ID
    2. Customer (First, Last Name)
    3. Amount (and Status)
    4. Submit Date
    5. Credit Card (Card Type and Last Four)

How to download a report?

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
  2. Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
  3. Click Reports.
  4. Click Settlement Report.
  5. Set the date/time period using the drop down.
  6. Click Download Report
  7. The report will contain:
    1. Transaction ID
    2. First Name
    3. Last Name
    4. Email
    5. Amount
    6. Currency
    7. Status
    8. Date
    9. Card Suffix
    10. Card Type
    11. Transaction Type
