6.0

Authorize.net is providing a new merchant and partner experience including new Merchant and Partner Interfaces. This will be done in phases as additional products and features are added to the new experience.

When will my account get access?

Authorize.net is rolling out access in waves and expect to have most account enabled with access the new experience by July/August 2025.

Merchant & Partner Interface Experience Switch

Both partners and merchants have the option to revert to the classic experience (1.0) and the new experience (2.0) for a period of time. Users will also notice a change in the URL as they switch over to or in the new experience.

How long will the toggle be accessible for?

Accounts are giving access to the toggle to switch between experience in waves and the same will be done with the removal of toggle. When the toggle is removed you will then at the time only have access to the New Experience (2.0) for the Merchant or Partner Interface.

When will I only be able to access the new experience (2.0)?

When the toggle is removed at that time you will only have access to the new experience (2.0) for the Merchant or Partner Interface.

Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) Update

We will also be providing a new and updated Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) application with a new and improved interface and future enhancements.

The new app is available in both the Apple and Google Play app stores as Authorize.net 2.0. For more information see article: What is the Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS) app and how to use it? - New Experience (2.0)

Communication and Reference

As we provide access in the coming months to the new and improved experience communication, emails and support material will be provided to merchants and partners as access is granted. Additionally, there will be references to classic or 1.0 and new or 2.0 to differentiate between the experiences for the Merchant and Partner Interface found in our communications, help and support material.

Feedback

To share your feedback on the new Merchant or Partner experience and/or request an improvement, update, or feature please, this can be done either in the feedback survey if you toggle back to classic experience or using the Share your feedback link under the help option.

For more information, see: How to provide product and feature feedback to Authorize.net? - New Experience (2.0)

Support and Training Material

Knowledge articles, guides and training material to learn and understand and use the new Merchant and Partner Interfaces will be provided in the future. We will be updating our support center knowledge articles to identify which experience they are for by indicating it in the title and top portion of the knowledge article which ones they apply to.
