Authorize.net is providing a new merchant and partner experience including new Merchant and Partner Interfaces. This will be done in phases as additional products and features are added to the new experience.

Experience Switch

Both partners and merchants have the option to revert to the classic experience if necessary. Users will also notice a change in the URL as they switch over to or in the new experience.

 

Communication and Reference

As we provide access in the coming months to the new and improved experience communication, emails and support material will be provided to merchants and partners as access is granted. Additionally, there will be references to classic or 1.0 and new or 2.0 to differentiate between the experiences for the Merchant and Partner Interface found in our communications, help and support material.

To share your feedback on the new Merchant or Partner experience and/or request an improvement, update, or feature please, this can be done either in the feedback survey if you toggle back to classic experience or using the Share your feedback link under the help option.

Support and Training Material

Knowledge articles, guides and training material to learn and understand and use the new Merchant and Partner Interfaces will be provided in the future. We will be updating our support center knowledge articles to identify which experience they are for by indicating it in the title and top portion of the knowledge article which ones they apply to.
