To share your feedback on the new Merchant or Partner experience and/or request an improvement, update, or feature, please follow the steps below. Additionally, if you switch from the new experience back to classic, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback.

Merchants

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
  2. Click the help/question icon at the top right.
  3. Click Share your feedback.
  4. Provide details on the improvement, update, or feature you are requesting.
  5. Identify if we may contact you for follow-up information.
  6. Click Submit.

Partners (Resellers, ISV)

  1. Sign in to the Partner Interface.
  2. Click the help/question icon at the top right.
  3. Click Share your feedback.
  4. Provide details on the improvement, update, or feature you are requesting.
  5. Identify if we may contact you for follow-up information.
  6. Click Submit.

Our product and development teams will review and evaluate feedback on enhancements or new features for potential consideration.
