Important Note

This article covers the new Authorize.net experience (2.0) for Advance Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS) and disabling the service for the new Merchant Interface. This article will guide merchants through disabling the Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (AFDS).

Only Account Owners and Account Administrators have the authority to submit a request to disable this service.

To disable Advance Fraud Detection Suite, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
  2. Click the Question Mark/Help located in the upper right corner of any Merchant Interface page.
  3. Under Contact Us click the arrow to the right to launch the support center authenticated as your user.
  4. On the support center and select Support Cases and choose General support.
  5. Enter your request in the space provided and click Submit.

Our Support Team will review your request. Once they have responded to your request, you will see a red notification number next to the bell icon at the top of your screen in the support center. Click the bell icon and then the specific case to view the response.
