The transaction to be rebilled is within the last 90 days.
- The transaction was previously successfully charged and settled and has the status of "Settled Successfully."
How to perform a Rebill Transaction?
- Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
- Click Payments in the left navigation.
- Click Manage Transactions.
- Search for/find the transaction(s) you would like to rebill.
- Click Bulk Action.
- Click Rebill transaction(s).
- Check the box next to each transaction ID you wish to rebill.
- Enter the amount to be rebilled in the New Amount field for each selected transaction. If the amount is the same as the original transaction no change or action is needed.
- Click Submit for Rebill,
- Click Submit on the confirmation window to complete the rebill submission or Cancel.
- The results for the Rebill will display on the next page with the following:
- Original Transaction ID
- New Transaction ID
- Submit Date
- Amount
- Credit Card
- Rebill Result (Status, Status Code)
