Classic Experience (1.0):

For Gateway Merchant Service Agreement by region from the following link:

For eCheck:

  1. Sign into the Merchant Interface.
  2. Select Merchant Profile from the main menu on the left side.
  3. Under Payment Methods, click on Agreement next to eCheck.Net to view the agreement.

New Experience (2.0):

  1. Sign into the Merchant Interface.
  2. Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
  3. Click Account in the left navigation.
  4. Click My Business.
  5. Click Products and Fees.
  6. Scroll to the bottom to the Authorize.net Agreement(s).
    1. Click View your Authorize.net Agreement for the Gateway Agreement.
    2. Click View your eCheck Agreement for the eCheck Agreement.
