Important Note

This article covers the new Authorize.net experience (2.0) and searching for and managing transactions in the new Merchant Interface. This article will guide merchants through searching for and managing transactions and performing bulk actions in the new Merchant Interface.

What are bulk actions?

Bulk actions are performing group transactions actions like:

Performing Bulk Actions

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
  2. Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
  3. Click Payments in the left navigation.
  4. Click Manage Transactions.
  5. Search and filter for the transactions to perform actions on.

  6. Click the three dots next to a transaction id under Action.
  7. Select the action type and the transaction view will be filtered further, to perform the next steps:
    1. Group Void: Shows transactions that can be voided and offers a bulk void action.
      1. Select/check the transactions to perform the action on.
      2. Click Void Transactions to take action.
      3. Click Void on the confirmation window to complete the action or cancel to cancel.
    2. Group Capture: Shows transactions that can be captured for settlement and offers a bulk capture action.
      1. Select/check the transactions to perform the action on. 
      2. Change/Update the Capture Amount, it will default to the Authorize amount. The amount needs to be the full Authorized amount or less.
      3. Click Capture Transactions to take action.
      4. Click Capture on the confirmation window to complete the action or cancel to cancel.
    3. Rebill transaction(s): Shows transactions that can be rebilled and offers a bulk rebill action​​​​​​​.
      1. Select/check the transactions to perform the action on
      2. Change/Update the New Amount, it will default to the original transaction amount.
      3. Click Submit For Rebill to take action.
      4. Click Submit on the confirmation window to complete the action or cancel to cancel.
