This article covers the new Authorize.net experience (2.0) and managing new product enablement and disablement for the new Merchant Interface. The Product Marketplace allows you to see and manage additional products available for your account. Account Owners can enable or disable products as needed.
Displays additional products that can be enabled.
Displays additional products that are already enabled, with options to access or discontinue them.
Accessing the Marketplace
- Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
- Click Marketplace in the left navigation.
- Enabled products will show on the My Products tab.
How to Enable a New Product:
- Click on Marketplace in the left navigation.
- Click on the Available Products tab.
- Products that can be added will be displayed with their name and short descriptions.
- Click Learn More to get more information on the product.
- Click Enable button for the product.
- Information on the product will display.
- To continue enablement click Review Terms and Fees
- Review the agreements and fees before checking the agreement box and clicking Agree and Activate to complete the enablement.
How to Disable or Discontinue an Enabled Product:
- Click on Marketplace in the left navigation.
- Click on the My Products tab.
- Products that have been enabled will be displayed with their name and short descriptions, along with their status.
- To discontinue or cancel, click on Discontinue.
- A confirmation window will display to confirm that you want to discontinue. Click Discontinue to continue or Nevermind to cancel the disablement.
