- View and customize the dashboard
- View transactions and transaction details
- Access daily settlement reports, Account Updater reports, and eCheck reports
- View User Profile details
- Access payment gateway account information, services, payment methods, and reseller contact information
- Access Product Marketplace
Roles:
- Account Owner - The Account Owner role is intended for the managerial or supervisory employee who owns or is responsible for the payment gateway account. All user permissions are enabled by default and cannot be modified.
- Account Admin - The Account Administrator role is intended for managerial or supervisory employees who oversee transaction and/or user account management for the payment gateway account. All user permissions are enabled by default but can be modified based on the scope of the Account Administrator's responsibilities.
- Transaction Manager - The Transaction Manager role is intended for general employees who perform a variety of transaction submission and management tasks in the Merchant Interface. All Transaction Manager permissions are enabled by default but can be modified based on the scope of the user's responsibilities.
- Account Analyst - The Account Analyst role is intended for general employees who only need access to information stored in the Merchant Interface. Account level permissions are enabled by default but can be modified based on the scope of the user's responsibilities.
- Account Contact - The Account Contact role is intended for general employees who do not need access to the Merchant Interface, but do need to receive important account notices regarding transaction activity.
Permission Details:
- Customer Workspace
- Add / Manage Customers - Add and manage Customer Information Management profiles
- Payments Workspace
- Accept Payment - Charge a credit card or bank account. Create and manage invoices and Simple Checkout items.
- Refund Payment - Refund a credit card or bank account
- Manage Transactions - Void transactions, submit previously authorized transactions for capture, approve or decline FDS transactions
- Subscriptions - Create, edit, upload, and delete ARB subscriptions (includes Create charge transactions permission)
- Reports Workspace
- eCheck NOC Reports - Ability to view and download eCheck Notices of Change (NOC) Report.
- Account Workspace
- Edit My Business Details - Update business contact information, Edit credit card and bank account billing information
- View & Download Billing Statement - View billing statements and fee definitions
- Manage Users - Add, edit, and delete users and permissions to unlock users
- Account Settings - Ability to edit the settings for Batch File Upload, Partial Auth, Pre/Final Auth, Cut-Off Time, Time Zone, Virtual Terminal, Payment Form, Receipt Page, Email Receipts, Simple Checkout, Transaction Version, Response/Receipt URLs, Silent Post URLs, Relay Response and Direct Response. Also the ability to configure the Verified Merchant Seal.
- Transaction Security Settings - Ability to create the API Login ID, update the Transaction Key, enable and disable File Upload Capabilities, and configure MD5 Hash and Password-Required Mode. Also the ability to run the Merchant Interface in Test Mode.
- Fraud Settings - Edit Default Fraud Settings
- Device Management - Allow user to manage mobile devices
- Product Marketplace
- Enable / Disable Products - Enable or Disable Products on Product Marketplace
