How to Manage and Update Your Business Information?
The My Profile module enables you to view and update your business information. This article will guide you through the steps to view and edit.
Viewing and Editing Your Business Information
Follow these steps to view and edit your business information:
- Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
- Click Account in the left navigation.
- Click My Business.
- You will then see your business information under the Business Details tab.
- To edit click on Edit Details.
- You may then update and change:
- Business Address (except Country)
- Business Website
- Business Phone Number
- Business Description
- Click Save.
- You will be prompted to confirm your change by receiving and entering a one-time PIN.
- Enter the one-time PIN and click Confirm to complete the change.
- If you decide not to update your name, click Cancel.
Note: Always ensure to keep your profile information up-to-date for effective communication and account security.
