This article will guide merchants through managing email notification and marketing preferences.
Users can manage their email notification and marketing subscriptions on the User Profile page of the Merchant Interface by following these steps:
- Log into your Merchant Interface.
- Select User Profile from the main menu on the left side.
- Select Edit Profile Information.
- Check the boxes to select the types of emails you would like to receive.
- Select Submit.
- Verify your identity using a One Time Pin (OTP).
- Select Request PIN.
- Copy the PIN from your email and select Verify PIN.
As an Account Owner or Account Administrator, you can manage user email notification and marketing subscriptions on the User Administration page of the Merchant Interface by following these steps:
- Log into your Merchant Interface.
- Select User Administration from the main menu on the left side.
- Click on the User Name you wish to edit/change.
- Select Edit Profile Information.
- Check the boxes to select the types of emails the user should receive.
- Select Submit.
- Verify your identity using a One Time Pin (OTP).
- Select Request PIN.
- Copy the PIN from your email and select Verify PIN.
To add additional email addresses for notifications there are two options:
- Add additional users with the other email addresses.
- Add Account Contact user types that can just receive emails and cannot login or access the account.

- Can I add multiple email addresses to receive notifications?
- There is a secondary email address that users can add to their profile, to add more email addresses you either would have to create an additional user or create a non-user called Account Contact.
