This article covers the new Authorize.net experience (2.0) for Customer Information Manager and downloading customer profiles in the new Merchant Interface. - Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
- Click Customers in left navigation.
- Click Manage Customers.
- Enter any relevant search and filter criteria. For all customer profiles, leave the search empty.
- Click Download To File. A pop-up confirmation window appears.
- Click Download.
Exporting Full PAN Data from CIM
Viewing in Excel
- Open Excel.
- Click Open. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to open files.
- Change the file type all and select the CIM Profile download, and click Open.
- In the excel wizard select Delimited File and click Next.
- Choose Tab delimiter and click Finish.
