You can download your customer profiles (masked PAN data) from Customer Information Manager (CIM) at any time by following these steps:
- Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Select Tools from the main toolbar.
- Select Customer Information Manager from the menu on the left.
- Select Advanced Search. The Customer Information Manager Advanced Profile Search page appears.
- Enter any relevant search criteria. For all customer profiles, do not enter any search criteria.

For security reasons, your customer profiles do not include payment profile data, such as credit card numbers.
