If your Authorize.net account has been closed, it is possible to reopen your account if you want to resume processing with Authorize.net. This article explains the steps to reactivate your account or obtain a new one. Note that in some cases, accounts closed or terminated by Authorize.net may not be eligible for reactivation.

  1. Contact Client Services: Reach out to Authorize.net Client Services to review your account for reactivation consideration.
  2. Provide Account Details: Be prepared to provide your account details and any other information they may require.
  3. Follow Instructions: Follow any additional instructions provided by Client Services to complete the reactivation process.

If you prefer, you can contact Authorize.net sales or, if your account was set up by a reseller or partner, reach out to them to obtain a new Authorize.net account.
