This article covers the new Authorize.net experience (2.0) for setting up the transaction cut-off time for the new Merchant Interface.
For information on how to identify what version of Authorize.net you are on, please see: How to identify what version of Authorize.net you are on and switching between them? - Classic (1.0) and New Experience (2.0)The selected time determines when transactions will be gathered for settlement. Transactions that are entered or successfully approved after the time mentioned below will not be sent to the processor for settlement until the same time the following day.
Modifications may not take effect right away. If transactions have already been settled for the current day, the new transaction cut-off time will not come into effect until the next day.
You can see and adjust the transaction cut-off time that your Authorize.net account uses at any time. Follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
- Be on or switched into the New Merchant Interface (2.0)
- Click Account in the left navigation.
- Select Account and API Settings.
- Click Transaction Cut-Off Time under Transaction Settings.
- Set the hour, minute and AM/PM for the cut-off time.
- Click Save. A confirmation message indicates that your setting has been successfully applied.
