Important Note

This article covers the new Authorize.net experience (2.0) for Tasks in the new Merchant Interface. For information on how to identify what version of Authorize.net you are on, please see: How to identify what version of Authorize.net you are on and switching between them? - Classic (1.0) and New Experience (2.0)

 
Tasks can be used to review a list of current action items from the past 6 months.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Tasks taken from the Manage Invoices quick filters, such as unpaid, partially paid, or canceled.
  • Tasks taken from the Manage Transactions quick filters, such as transactions to review, errors, and declines.
Task Priority is in order of:
  • Workspaces:
    1. Customers
    2. Payments
    3. Reports
    4. Account
  • Within the same workspace with multiple quick filter screens, priority will be in order of quick filter screens:
    1. Manage Transactions
    2. Manage Invoices
    3. Simple Checkout
    4. Customer Information Manager (CIM)
    5. Recurring Billing
