Answer


To update the contact information of your user account:
  1. Log into the Merchant Interface.
  2. Click Account from the main toolbar.
  3. Click User Profile in the main left side menu.
  4. Click Edit Profile Information.
  5. Update your information as necessary.
    • Please enter only one e-mail address in each e-mail field and do not use commas or semicolons.
  6. Click Submit.
NOTE: The person whose First and Last Name is listed on a given User Profile is the only person who should be using the login ID associated with that User Profile. Authorize.Net Customer Support can only assist the person listed for a given login ID.
