How do you update user contact information?

To update the contact information of your user account:
- Log into the Merchant Interface.
- Click Account from the main toolbar.
- Click User Profile in the main left side menu.
- Click Edit Profile Information.
- Update your information as necessary.
- Please enter only one e-mail address in each e-mail field and do not use commas or semicolons.
- Click Submit.
NOTE: The person whose First and Last Name is listed on a given User Profile is the only person who should be using the login ID associated with that User Profile. Authorize.Net Customer Support can only assist the person listed for a given login ID.
