Important Note About VMS Discontinuation
The Verified Merchant Seal (VMS) is being retired and discontinued as part of an upgrade to our new experience. You do not need to configure or use the VMS. If you have already set up and enabled the VMS, remove and disable it from your site or payment form because the feature is being discontinued and retired. The Verified Merchant Seal (VMS)
The Verified Merchant Seal (VMS) lets you view a list of web domains configured to display the seal and provides HTML code for implementation. Displaying the Authorize.net Verified Merchant Seal on your website increases customer confidence and drives sales. The seal is free to use. When a customer clicks the seal, a dialog box appears verifying your status as an Authorize.net merchant.Removing a Domain from the VMS Domains List

Common Errors and Solutions
- If you receive an "Unable to Verify Site" message, make sure the domain configured in the Merchant Interface matches the web address bar exactly. Configure both www.yourdomain.com and domain.com.
- If the domain in the verification dialog box does not match the domain you configured:
- Your e-commerce hosting platform may mask its domain. Configure the host’s domain in the Merchant Interface.
- If you use a shopping cart or other non-Authorize.net hosted payment form, configure that solution’s domain.
- If the seal does not appear and the page loads slowly, do not modify the provided code. Some site builders modify the code, so change the code slightly before entering it if needed.
