For help with setting up your Printer please refer to the below User Guides:

Notes:

  • Full-size printers are best for invoices/reports — not receipts.
  • Narrow receipt printers give the traditional POS receipt look.
  • Some printers are Android-only (like EPSON TM-T88IV via USB).
  • Always use the correct cable type for your device:
    • USB Type B to MicroUSB (Android)
    • USB to Lightning (iOS)
  • Download latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website for optimal performance.
  • Authorize.net does not provide printer installation/configuration support.
  • For standard 8.5 x 11in printers, you MUST connect the printer using the network connection on the computer via USB or Wifi. These types of printers CANNOT be connected directly through the app. Connection steps below:
    • First connect the printer to your Windows computer via USB/Wifi.
