Printer Compatibility with Virtual Point of Sale (VPOS)
Any Windows printer is compatible with Virtual Point of Sale (VPOS). We have tested several printers using standard 8.5 X 11 inch paper. If your printer is already installed and has successfully printed other documents, it should work with VPOS seamlessly. However, note that the form factor may not be typical of a receipt, and print quality and layout may vary between printers.
Narrow Paper Printers Compatibility
For narrow paper printers, which are more typical of a POS receipt, we have tested and support the following models for VPOS and mPOS:

Installing Printers
- Authorize.net cannot assist with printer installation and configuration.
- You may need to purchase your own USB printer cable. Check your printer's documentation for details.
- The drivers that come with the printer may not be up-to-date. You can usually find the latest drivers on the manufacturer's website.
- To avoid out-of-paper errors, you may need to install a fresh roll of thermal paper.
- If you encounter any problems, please refer to the manufacturer's website for current documentation and support options.
