A reseller or partner is a company or organization that distributes a service or product on behalf of a separate corporation or manufacturer. Many large companies benefit from developing a reseller community through which they are able to sell their services and products. In the payments industry, resellers are most often Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Merchant Services Providers (MSPs), and Value-Add Resellers (VARs). These type of organizations will typically provide merchants with a wide range of business enhancing services and products.

Your reseller is the representative or the company that sold the services of the Authorize.net Payment Gateway to you or your business. If you do not know who your reseller is, or how to contact them, you can find this information listed at the bottom of the profile page of your Merchant Interface. To reach your profile, please take the following steps:

1. Sign in to the Merchant Interface.
2. Click Merchant Profile in the left side main menu under the Account header.
3. You will find your Reseller's details at the bottom of this page.
