Answer

To update the contact information of your user account:
  1. Log into the Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net/.
  2. Click Account from the main toolbar.
  3. Click User Profile in the main left side menu.
  4. Click Edit Profile Information.
  5. Update your information as necessary.
Note: Please enter only one e-mail address in each e-mail field and do not use commas or semicolons.
  1. Click Submit.
Note: The person whose First and Last Name is listed on a given User Profile is the only person who should be using the login ID associated with that User Profile. Authorize.Net Customer Support can only assist the person listed for a given login ID.
