Authorize.Net cannot help you with issues pertaining to unqualified fees. we no control over additional fees that your Merchant Service provider may charge for any of their policies. Authorize.Net provides the secure gateway for the credit card information and authorization information to pass over the Internet from your website to the payment processor for your account. Please note that some of the information that Merchant Service Providers require is never seen by Authorize.Net. Our system cannot check to verify if a credit card is a personal or business card or if the card issuing bank is foreign or domestic. Simply put, our service is to provide the secure gateway for the credit card and authorization information to pass over the Internet from your website to the payment processor for your account. The purpose and intent of our company is to securely relay credit card information over the internet, like a "virtual credit card swipe machine."
