How do I change my password for the partner interface?

In order to reset your password in the Authorize.Net Partner Interface, please do the following:

      1. Log into the Partner Interface: https://partner.authorize.net/
      2. Click on the Account link in the upper right corner.
      3. Click on the My Profile link. The My Profile page appears.
      4. Click on the Plus sign next to the My Password section.
      5. Enter in your current password and your new password.
            Password must contain the following:
  • Contain at least one letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one of these: ().-_#,;/?@$:&!%
  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Not contain more than four consecutive identical characters
  • Not contain more than four continuous sequence of characters
      6. Click on Save.

How do I reset my password if I am not able to log in to the Partner Interface?

      1. Go to the Partner Interface https://partner.authorize.net/ and click on the Forgot Your Login ID or Password link.
      2. Click on the radio button next to I don’t know my password.
      3. Enter in your login ID and your current email address listed on the account.
      4. Click on Continue
      5. Verify your email address matches what is displayed then click on Send PIN
      6. You will be sent an email containing a Verification PIN.  Enter in the PIN and new password.
            Password must contain the following:
  • Contain at least one letter
  • Contain at least one number
  • Contain at least one of these: ().-_#,;/?@$:&!%
  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Not contain more than four consecutive identical characters
  • Not contain more than four continuous sequence of characters
      7. Click on Change Password
