We previously communicated that Intuit Sync Manager (ISM) was to be decommissioned on May 1st for Authorize.Net merchants. That date has been extended to May 31.
To continue using Sync for QuickBooks after May 31st, you need to download and install the updated Sync for QuickBooks Desktop client from within the Merchant Interface. For step-by-step instructions, please see our Sync for QuickBooks Desktop Client Guide at

Intuit Sync Manager (ISM) is currently on schedule to be decommissioned on March 1st. However, Authorize.Net has been granted an extension to May 1st for existing ISM users who are currently, actively syncing their account data using Sync for QuickBooks.

For merchants who have not yet successfully synced using ISM, but are currently signed up for Sync for QuickBooks using QuickBooks Desktop, we are currently in the process of developing a solution to replace ISM. More details on the replacement will be available soon and will be posted in this article.

Note: Merchants using Sync for QuickBooks and a QuickBooks Online account will not be affected by the ISM replacement.
