Authorize.Net is continually looking for ways to improve our merchants’ experience, including your ability to find convenient answers to common questions. Today we are pleased to announce the release of the new, Authorize.Net Support Center at http://support.authorize.net/. We will be phasing out the existing knowledge base over the next few weeks, so please replace your bookmarks or favorites.

In addition to more intuitive navigation, the new Support Center features the following enhancements:
  • Natural language queries— simply type a plain English question and get relevant answers
  • Filters that let you narrow the possible answers even further, so you can more quickly find what you need
  • Queries that search the entire Authorize.Net site, not just the knowledge base, so if we have a document or Web page that answers your question anywhere on the site, you will be able to find it
  • Better integration with the Authorize.Net site
The Support Center is available 24x7 and also includes links to our popular how-to video tutorials and case studies, our Developer Center and our contact information, in case you’re unable to find the answer you are looking for.
