How do I reset a user's account password?

Answer
To reset a user's password:
- Log into your Merchant Interface at https://account.authorize.net/.
- Click User Administration in the main left side menu.
- Select the radio button next to the name of the user whose password you need to reset.
- Click Reset User Password on the User Administration page toolbar.
- Click OK to continue.
- Make note of the Temporary Password.
- Click Continue.
