Answer
Due to security concerns we cannot send login IDs, passwords, or other sensitive details through email. If you are having difficulties logging into your Authorize.Net account, you may reset your password or request your login ID from the links located on the account login page at https://account.authorize.net.
To reset your password, click the Forgot Your Password? link, and then enter your login ID and one of the email addresses associated with your account. For security reasons, we will not send an email to an email address not listed on your account. After clicking Submit, the payment gateway will send you a link to a secure page where you can reset your password. You will need the Secret Answer to the Secret Question you set up when your account was created.
To request your login ID, click the Forgot Your Login ID? link, and then enter the email address associated with your account, along with your first and last name, and the security code displayed on the screen. After clicking Submit, the payment gateway will send you a link to a secure page where you will need to enter the Secret Answer to the Secret Question you set up when your account was created. Once you submit the answer, your login ID will be displayed on the screen.
For more information on these processes, please visit our online video tutorial at http://www.authorize.net/videos.
